The bathroom needed serious attention. The shower had mold (i did not expect this) and the grout was discolored. This was quite disappointing.

The staff was really nice. aymen was helpful and polash also helped me. The room was clean. yashwardhan was also very nice and helpful, always ensuring guests were well taken care of. i found the staff professional and attentive.
the smell in the room wasn't great and the location wasn't ideal either.

I found the room to be quite spacious. I enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet. The variety was excellent! The location worked well for accessing different parts of the area. The staff were very attentive. They promptly addressed all my requests.
I noticed some minor wear and tear in the bathroom area. it didn't impact my overall stay.

The hotel features a rooftop pool with clear views. The pool area includes about 15 sun loungers and also provides shaded seating. The gym has modern equipment. I counted five treadmills and three stationary bikes.

The rooms were spacious with a large soaking bath. This was definitely a highlight. i enjoyed the convenience of the smart tv to stream from my phone (i watched a few movies). room service was prompt, and the quality was surprisingly good.
the bed had many layers of toppers, making it a bit lumpy, but nothing a quick adjustment couldn't fix.

staff were consistently helpful and friendly throughout the hotel. adel and aikansh at reception provided excellent hospitality during check-in. i must commend the quick and efficient luggage service handled by one of the asian bellboys.

the pool area was lovely (a great spot to unwind). i appreciated the availability of taxis, reasonably priced, despite the hotel's distance from the metro station. the hotel also provides easy access to various city attractions.

The breakfast had great variety (i especially liked the pastries). The staff at the reception were helpful. They were willing to assist with any questions i had.
The room showed some wear and tear. The shower only had a small trickle of water coming out (it needs maintenance). The room also had poor lighting.
